Neat,tidy, spacious room.Courteous service.

Location is in the midst of commercial structures.

Difficult to find. Get ready to explore where their reception is - no boards to inform ppl where to go as the actual hotel is on the 2nd floor - no one at the ground floor to tell you where to go. The alcove rooms have no windows at all, you don’t realise this until u check in physically. Staff extremely rude - no one will greet even at reception, no one will smile, no general manners. Rooms are ok - clean enough, no slippers provided in alcove rooms. Food is good - perhaps the only plus.

Nice new, modern and clean hotel well placed for sightseeing in this vibrant city. Very friendly and helpful staff . Very good breakfast e ad nd we also ate at the in house vegetarian restaurant which was excellent . All in all would recommend this hotel to anyone padding through Mangalore.

The temperature control was not steady and study table furniture leg was getting easily dislodged...interiors can be improved...

A taxi was arranged on request. It came at the right time. Breakfast was packed on time since the time of departure was 5.30 am

The money that I paid exceeded the bill amount. They put 12 % GST on the bill but charged me 18%. In the bill there is some thing called room rent being adjusted in addition to the room rent which was Rs2952.58/.( Room rent was mentioned as 8398.88)

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, well-lit, and perfectly air-conditioned, making it a very comfortable experience. What truly stood out was the impeccable cleanliness and the exceptional hospitality of the staff.They went above and beyond in every way—when we needed a safety pin, they took the initiative to buy one for us. We also had an early morning flight, and they thoughtfully packed our breakfast and had it ready by 6 AM, ensuring we could enjoy a good meal and our much-needed caffeine fix on the way to the airport.The hotel's central location made everything super convenient, and the reception staff even arranged all our internal cabs, which was a huge help. The level of service and attention to detail truly made our stay seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Room size, clean toilet

Tv not working, Ac controller was bit messy, bottle water bottles were unclean. I fell sick during the stay , so i bought my own set of mineral water

I had a wonderful stay at Avatar. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent. Gym is included, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing.I didn’t realize my room had no window, but the staff kindly offered a free upgrade to a higher category. While the new room also had no window, it featured a separate space with a second light source, which made a big difference.

The only downside is that the price felt a bit high for the value. However, the excellent service and comfort made up for it. Overall, a great hotel, but check room details before booking.

The location of the hotel was easily accessible and one of the receptionist was very kind and helpful.Out of 2 rooms we had booked, 1 room was very neat and clean.

We booked two rooms. One room was clean and tidy wherein the other room (no.119) was stinking from washroom sink. The smell was spread to the whole room. We had asked the reception to clean the room by the time we come back, but it wasn't cleaned. The shower area is too slippery, difficult to use also. One of my family members did fall down coz of this issue!And there was no hair dryer in the washroom, which is a basic amenity in a 4 star hotel.Also the whole night, we could hear people walking outside the room in the walkway and the sound of door being closed and opened in the other rooms. Not at all worth of a price we paid for.

The hotel has many grades of rooms. We were in an Alcove room which was very clean and comfortable with a decent size bed with a firm mattress. Breakfast was included.

Breakfast was in The Loft close to reception. A variety of buffet dishes were available, the cooked items being mostly cold. One has to be choosy when deciding what to eat. There's also an omelette, dosa cooked to order service which served warmish food. Fruit etc also there.

This property is in a nice convenient location. Staffs are friendly. Namratha from Housekeeping was excellent with her service. Nithisha from the restaurant and stairway cafe is very polite and good in her service

Food at the loft restaurant inside the hotel is not good

Nice room with AC, fan and rain shower. Restaurant is great and the cocktail bar is the best in town. Good location within the city.

Can be loud when there is a happening at the venue above. But parties will stop at midnight.

The iron, the water kettle were not working. The shower was leaking. The room service wud take too long to take the calls so wud housekeeping. Mr. Shubham at the desk was extremely efficient and helpful. This was the saving grace. Food at the restaurant was good. Room otherwise was good.

Location - It's centrally located with a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants in close proximity. Food - Breakfast was served at the Loft which a good variety of South Indian, North Indian and Continental dishes. Special mention goes to the crispy ghee roast dosa! Must try. Also, the Stairway café has some really good sandwiches and iced teas. Hospitality - The staff are very polite, accommodating and professional. They made sure our stay was pleasant and memorable. Cleanliness - Top notch

Absolutely nothing that we did not like! Everything was perfect.

There was loud music in our room until 12.45am from a wedding function. The staff were very apologetic and we still enjoyed our stay but they could go with keeping earplugs for guests in case this problem re-occurs. This would help a lot.

i was given room number 114, the whole day i had planned to be in the room, the noise was painful from the roof, after repeat follow up the room was changed

In the toilet the toiletries are not enough.

Breakfast was good . Staff at Breakfast area is very nice especially Theertha for her excellent service

Room needs renovation as stains are there in the bathroom and patio area and phone wasn’t working .
